Greenlandic coastline
The west coast of Greenland is rugged, stony and quite indented, with long fjords full of icebergs and chains of spiky mountains, so flying above it between Ilulissat and Kangerlussuaq is an experience for itself. I did not stop taking photos until we reached the Greenland ice cap (meaning = seeing nothing but a white surface).
Reaching the east coast and the mountain chain along it, and seeing the Atlantic ocean meant that my greenlandic experience officially came to an end and I was truly, honestly, heartbroken to leave it. I am hoping only that I will return there and spend more time in that incredible place.
